Day rates below are indicative ranges for planning. Conference-period hire (9–20 November) is usually quoted as a period rate rather than daily, which lowers the per-day equivalent for items that stay in place throughout.
| Item | Day rate range | Notes |
|---|---|---|
| 43–55″ monitor on floor stand | €80–€150 | Most-requested item; reserve early for multiple units |
| 65–75″ monitor or TV | €120–€220 | Suitable for stands and small meeting rooms |
| LED screen / video wall (per m²) | €180–€350 per m² | Custom-sized; price depends on pitch, resolution and mounting |
| Projector (3,000–5,000 lm) + screen | €150–€350 | Meeting rooms and side events where a monitor or LED is over-specified |
| PA system, small room (up to 50 pax) | €150–€300 | Single speaker and mixer; suitable for stands and small sessions |
| PA system, medium room (50–200 pax) | €300–€600 | With mixing and mic inputs; operator recommended for sessions |
| Wireless microphone — handheld or lapel | €60–€120 per unit | Pack rates available for four or more units |
| Panel table microphone setup (4 positions) | €180–€320 | Gooseneck or boundary microphones with cabling and DI |
| Basic lighting rig | €200–€400 | Stand or stage wash; atmospheric and architectural lighting quoted on plan |
| AV technician / operator (per day) | €250–€450 | Setup, testing and live support; derig is a separate half-day unless specified |
Rates above assume delivery and collection within the Antalya conference zone (Aksu EXPO Center area, Lara, Kundu, Belek). Specialist or large-format equipment, items requiring rigging, and anything inside a venue-controlled area may be quoted on plan rather than at a day rate.
AV is the category where teams most often pay for capability they never use, or discover on the morning that something obvious is missing.
Local AV stock is finite and is progressively committed across the conference fortnight. Standard items — monitors, small PA, handheld microphones — remain available longer than specific models, large LED and specialist equipment. If you know you will need something, reserving it early costs nothing and removes the risk entirely.
For equipment needed at short notice during the conference, see last-minute services. We will tell you what is genuinely available rather than take an order we cannot fill.
This page is part of the COP31 Antalya 2026 guide and services hub, covering participant information and the full local service range.
COP31 runs from 9 to 20 November 2026 at the Antalya EXPO Center. If you are still working out the dates, the venue or how participation works, start with the guides below.
LED screens and video walls, monitors and TVs, projectors, sound systems, wired and wireless microphones, lighting, presentation and switching equipment, playback machines, and technicians where required.
Indicative day rates range from around €80 for a small monitor to €600 for a medium-room PA system. LED walls are priced per square metre (€180–€350/m²). An AV technician costs €250–€450 per day. Conference-period rates for equipment left in place throughout are lower than daily rates.
Optionally. Equipment-only rental is available for simple setups; for sessions and live events an operator is usually worth the cost.
Yes — delivery, installation, testing and collection are part of the rental scope, scheduled around venue access windows.
As early as the requirement is known. Local stock is progressively committed across the fortnight, and specific models and large LED go first.
Often yes, for standard items, subject to what remains uncommitted at that moment. We confirm availability before accepting the order.
Check what the venue or hotel already includes first — paying twice for a built-in system is a common error. We quote the gap rather than duplicating what you already have.
Yes. Repeatable small-room kits with a technician covering multiple rooms is a standard arrangement for multi-session days.
